Grief is a normal response, however its many different symptoms and impact vary considerably with all of us.
Experiencing overwhelming sadness, anger, guilt and other powerful feelings may prove difficult to cope with as these can affect our lives because we are unable to understand why we acting or beginning to feel different in our perception of normality.
I am experienced in supporting individuals through their bereavement and am currently working as a counsellor in a day Hospice and also for a charity supporting those affected by road death.
